Francys
Class of 2005
Academic Interests: "Engineering, because it pulls together all my other interests. I like English, economics, physics, math, science, creative thinking and I can use it all."
College choice: "I chose Olin College of Engineering because its approach reflects my perspective, and in some sense the Priory's perspective you go deep with your main academic interest, but you also exercise a range of knowledge." Olin shares her interest in combining engineering, business and society and she likes their nontraditional way of choosing their students.
Favorite activities at the Priory: "In my senior year, I really enjoyed just hanging out with friends. Before that, Improv Theater, choir and art are three experiences I would go back to.
Being a dorm prefect was really a life-changing experience because I learned to work with both adults and students in resolving problems on a daily basis."

Class of 2004
Academic interest: Engineering and technology considering a career in mechanical engineering or product design."
College choice: Stanford University. "Both Priory and Stanford were good choices for me, for many reasons. In many ways, the Priory is like Stanford. At both schools, there are many cool people who are excited about doing things with their knowledge. Both schools have a strong sense of community, and Stanford's academic standards are comparable to the Priory's standard in advanced courses."
Favorite activities at the Priory: "Robotics not because of the robot but because it's a chance to build something. You design it, you engineer it, you create it."
